She takes the time to understand your habits, your skincare routine and your daily life – then she gets to work. The extractions are painless (which I have never had that experience before), my skin doesn’t look worse before it looks better, it feels glowing and healthy each time I leave. Natalia KNOWS her stuff, and the Georgia Louise studio and its products are top notch. What I perhaps love most about Natalia and the facials are that she helps me understand why I should use something or not use something, she tells me what’s unnecessary in my routine (and she’s always right) and tells me how to rearrange my products for the best results. I don’t ever feel upsold on anything, I just feel GOOD about my skin for the first time in a long long time. I will go to Natalia as long as I live in NYC. She is absolutely worth it.
